Larry currently serves as the President/CEO of Wyche Leadership and Supply Chain Consulting, LLC. He also serves as member of the Advisory Board of the Global Supply Chain Institute at the University of Tennessee. In addition, he is a National Association Corporate Director, Leadership Fellow and a Certified Executive Coach from Rice University. Larry has served as Director to the DoD Conventional Ammunition and Explosives Safety Boards; Director, Army Depot Maintenance Corporate Board; Chair, Army Materiel Command Cyber Governance Board; Executive Member, U.S. Transportation Command Distribution Process Owner Board.
As a Lieutenant General, he served as Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army Material Command. He presided over the day-to-day operations of the multi-billion dollar global logistics enterprise, employing a workforce of over 120,000 soldiers, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians and contractors, with a presence or economic impact in all 50 states. Larry directed a significant portion of DoD’s sustainment effort, overseeing the Army’s Organic Industrial Base arsenals, maintenance depots and manufacturing plants supported by a supply chain of over 11,000 vendors and a multi-billion service parts inventory. He played a key role in harnessing game-changing technologies to provide the Army with new capabilities while implementing the organization’s cyber security supply strategy and managing the foreign military sales.
Larry led the Army’s third largest training organization, the U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) and Sustainment Center of Excellence. He managed a $215 million operating budget to train over 185,000 soldiers. Larry also developed a “Sustainment Think Tank” to focus on future Army logistics strategy and organization designs.
Larry served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations for Army Materiel Command, he mapped out, scheduled and executed logistics, new equipment fielding and industrial base operations. He also orchestrated the reverse logistics of $1 billion in equipment from Afghanistan and Iraq.
As a Brigadier General and commander of Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command, he led the efforts of over 16,000 personnel, employed in 18 separate ammunition production facilities and storage depots across the country, to produce $40 billion in ammunition needed by our Armed Forces.
Larry served two tours in the Pentagon in the Offices of the Army G4 Logistics and G8 Programs.
He served as the senior logistician in Afghanistan, establishing 70 key logistics and transportation nodes valued at $11.8 billion. His efforts enabled shipment of materiel needed to sustain over 35,000 troops from ports in Pakistan and Northern Europe.
While earning a Bachelor of Business Administration, Larry was commissioned into the Quartermaster Corps from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi in 1982. He holds master’s degrees in logistics management (Florida Institute of Technology) and National Resource Strategy (Industrial College of the Armed Forces). In 2017, Larry was recognized as the Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi Distinguished Alumnus.
Prior to joining the Wyche Team, John joined The Brink’s Company in 2007 and served with them for over 8 years in Global Security in Organizational Development and Training and Human Resource Operations roles. In these roles John implemented, managed and coordinated vari-ous programs in over 26 countries.
John served in the US Army for 32 years retiring as a Colonel in 2007. In his last assignment John served with the 10th Mountain Division in Afghanistan on the Combined Joint Task Force 76 Staff. John’s assignments included supporting the implementation and modernization of a new Combat System to an Infantry Division. He also commanded two Infantry companies and an Infantry Battalion. John served with the US Embassy in Cairo, Egypt working closely with members of the Egyptian Ministry of Defense on planning and implementing various programs supporting modernization of their Armed Forces.
John received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science Degree from the United States Army Command and Staff College. John is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
Lee brings over 34 years of distinguished military service as well as substantial leadership experience in military acquisition, sustainment, logistics, global supply chains, advanced manufacturing, strategic planning and military operations.
He also serves on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Advisory Council in the member at large capacity and is also the President and CEO of The Levy Group, LLC. While in uniform, he also served on the Joint Staff’s Joint Logistics Board, Joint Munitions Board as well as the Air Force’s Logistics board as well as the U S Transportation Commands Distribution Process Owner board.
During his final assignment with the Air Force, Lee was Commanding General of the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Air Force Materiel Command, headquartered at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Serving as CEO of Air Force’s only profit/loss organization responsible for worldwide logistics, sustainment, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of Air Force, other US military, and 63 foreign military sales customers’ aircraft, space, and cyber systems. Lee lead a global enterprise of a 43,000 primarily civilian workforce located in 73 locations across the globe with over $16B in earnings. Lee also directed and had global responsibility for the Air Force’s supply chains, and Agile software development and sustainment responsibility for Air, Space, and Cyber weapons systems as well as sustainment responsibility for much of the US Nuclear Deterrent Forces.
In other assignments as a general officer, Lee served the second most senior uniformed logistician in the DoD responsible to the Director and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for logistics planning and execution to support global joint operations. He worked with the whole of government and all aspects of commercial industry to develop readiness and give options to US senior leadership. He helped organize DoD response to Ebola Virus outbreak crisis in West Africa, synchronizing with whole of government and delivering courses of action to The White House and also served as primary logistics advisor for DoD response options to Russia’s seizure of The Crimea/invasion of The Ukraine. Lee also oversaw commercial cargo ship conversion program used to enable destruction of Syrian chemical weapons.
Lee also served as the Director of Logistics for Air Mobility Command responsible for global readiness and execution of the DoD’s Air Refueling, Air Cargo, and Aeromedical Evacuation fleets as well as Air Force One and other VIP Platforms. He was also the Commanding General of the 402d Maintenance Wing leading over 10,000 airmen in delivering combat readiness via sustainment of the DoDs C-5, C-130, C-17, E-8C, and F-15 fleets.
Helen is an enthusiast for self-development and relationship building. She is a curious individual with a growth mindset: learning new things has always been a fun activity for her.
Currently holding a SCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada, Helen has been a member, volunteer, as well as an ambassador for her association for since 2013. While pursuing her designation, Helen also discovered her interest in social media through a volunteer opportunity. With passion in learning, she took professional training courses in social media and has successfully implemented her knowledge in small projects, consulting with her clients to achieve desirable results.
Helen is a giver and she cares deeply for her community. She is a friend, mentor, and leader. During the past 12 years living in Canada, she has volunteered for numerous organizations and communities to help those in need. Gary Payne is a Partner with Executive Search and Leadership firm Odgers Berndtson based in Houston where he focuses on leadership work related to the Industrial Practice, with a particular focus on Infrastructure, Transportation, Construction and Energy. In addition, he leads the firm’s U.S. Private Equity Practice, focusing on leadership development and search work for PE portfolio organizations.
Gary is a recognized and accomplished strategist and practitioner of focused specialized leadership development, emotional intelligence development and strategic search engagements and specializes in working with organizations undergoing significant organizational change. He also works with prominent private equity groups, helping them develop, on board and recruit senior level executives and directors for their portfolio companies as well as talented investment professional for their firms.
He was previously a Managing Partner with the boutique leadership development and executive search firm Allen Austin in Houston where he began his search career in 2007. Prior to that, he was Chairman & CEO for a Private Equity owned building products organization. In his early career, he had several roles with IBM where he consulted with Energy and Transportation companies.
Gary is a certified leadership coach and consults with executive leaders and their teams on issues relating to leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence and team dynamics. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Finance.
Bettye J. Hill is an experienced Executive Coach that leverages her 20+ years of combined legal, compliance and human resources experience. She provides client centric services to a broad range of professionals at different stages of their career.
Bettye’s professional experience has included a successful legal practice; Director of Employment Compliance at Archer Daniels Midland Company; Senior Attorney at Walgreen Co.; and a Corporate Officer at Oshkosh Corporation as the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance. Currently, Bettye provides coaching and consulting services to a variety of clients.

She has experience as an adjunct professor in human resources management and employment law at several universities.
Douglas is a coach with 20+ years of technical leadership experience helping others realize their potential. He is recognized for his development of technical staff and leaders through coaching, mentoring and support.
In prior roles Douglas worked for Amoco and BP in based in the US, UK and Argentina. He had the opportunity to travel international to work extensively with the local staff and leaders in the different countries. His assignments in the oil and gas industry include leadership roles with teams in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Drilling, Exploration, Business Development, and Learning. Douglas has had great success through building multi-disciplinary teams to work collaboratively across organizational lines to resolve complex problems.
Douglas came to coaching as a line manager experiencing its powerful impact in the development of leader, technical staff, and himself. Formal coaching training at Rice University helped enhance his effectiveness as a line manager, he is now focused on helping others attain their potential.

Catherine Gillings is the founder of Talent IQ LLC, created in March 2017. Managing Director, R7 Systems LLC. Mr. Fisher has more than 55 years of experience in Executive management including 30 years in Air Force IT/Acquisition and Logistics [GS-15 (Ret)] followed by 25 years in related IT industry activities.
Recently served as the Acquisition and Transition Program Manager and Senior Project Manager for the 330-person Healthcare Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) Infrastructure and Data Center Support (HIDS) multi-million-dollar contract to provide: IT operations, applications, facilities and helpdesk support for all HCQIS IT Systems. Government service included: Joint Logistics Systems Center, Executive Assistant to the Commander; activated a new DOD-level organization charged with modernizing the Defense Department’s acquisition, development and deployment of logistics business processes and information systems. Coordinated with all Military Departments. Served as the Director for multi-million-dollar portfolio of DOD Electronic Commerce logistics programs and was responsible for providing executive oversight and direction for all DOD Continuous Acquisition Logistics Support (CALS) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) programs managed at the JLSC. He was accountable for DOD logistics systems policy; long range program and configuration management planning development, as well as overall training, change management, and public affairs. Served as assistant deputy for 424 Air Force IT Systems. Provided acquisition and technical leadership as well as Program Control of all AFMC Depot-Level Major Logistics IT Programs totaling over $1.2 Billion dollars. Mr. Fisher has a detailed knowledge of the DOD Supply Chain and Logistics Processes; program management, operations, concepts and disciplines. His career experience involves all aspects of cost, schedule and performance. Mr. Fisher’s career includes being a ruling Elder of his church and service in the United States Navy where he participated in direct combat support as a lead Gun Fire Control Computer Technician, war gaming and exercises. Additionally, as a combat veteran in Viet Nam – he applied lessons learned to real-time combat conditions.
