Bettye J. Hill is an experienced Executive Coach that leverages her 20+ years of combined legal, compliance and human resources experience. She provides client centric services to a broad range of professionals at different stages of their career.

Bettye’s professional experience has included a successful legal practice; Director of Employment Compliance at Archer Daniels Midland Company; Senior Attorney at Walgreen Co.; and a Corporate Officer at Oshkosh Corporation as the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance. Currently, Bettye provides coaching and consulting services to a variety of clients.

As an executive coach, she collaborates with leaders on solutions to further business goals and objectives. Her people focused solutions create a strong foundation for company growth while establishing a workplace culture that embraces ethical, forward-thinking behavior.

Bettye holds a Master of Laws in labor and employment law from University of San Diego, a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University. She completed the Rice University Executive Coach program. Bettye is also a member of the Texas Bar Association, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.

Committed to giving back to her community, Bettye has served as a Board of Directors member for numerous nonprofit organizations, most recently the Samaritan Counseling Center of the Fox Valley. She has experience as an adjunct professor in human resources management and employment law at several universities.
