Participants discover how DiSC® styles affect their workplace relationships and explore the priorities that drive them at work.

Participants create strategies and an action plan to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC styles.

Work of Leaders®

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® consists of Five 60–90 minute modules and two optional activities. (1 Full Day or 2 Half Day Session)

 Based on best practices, Everything DiSC Work of Leaders connects to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.

Module 1

Introduction to the Work of Leaders

Participants learn about the DiSC® model and how it informs the role of leaders. Each participant discovers their leadership style and priorities on the Everything DiSC Leadership Map and then learn how their DiSC style influences their behavior in each step of the process.

Module 2

Vision

Participants learn three drivers of crafting a vision, understand the behaviors that characterize each driver and how they may impact a leader’s effectiveness and then discover how to approach each driver of vision.

Module 3

Alignment

Participants learn about the three drivers of alignment; understand the behaviors that characterize each driver and how they may impact a leader’s effectiveness; and discover how to approach each driver of alignment.

Module 4

Execution

Participants learn about the three drivers of execution; Understand the behaviors that characterize each driver and how they may impact a leader’s effectiveness; discover how to approach each driver of execution.

Module 5

Action Planning

Participants learn about their strengths and challenges in the Work of Leaders process; identify the benefits of improving on their challenge areas; write an action plan for improvement in one challenge area.

Optional Activities

Comparison Report

Participants learn about the Everything DiSC Comparison Report and how it can help people improve their relationships with other; Discover a new way to apply DiSC® immediately and use it in your organization.

Module 2

Discovering DiSC®

Participants learn about the DiSC model and the Everything DiSC Leadership Map; identify their style and explore the priorities that drive them as a leader; discover the similarities and differences among the DiSC styles.

Management

Everything DiSC® Management consists of six one-hour modules. (1 Day or 2 Half Days)

Your DiSC Management Style

Module 1

Participants use the Everything DiSC Management Map to learn about their management styles.

Module 2

Participants discover how their styles affect how they manage time, make decisions, and solve problems. They learn a method for recognizing the behavioral styles of others as a way to begin to understand them better.

Directing and Delegating

Module 3

Participants learn about their directing and delegating styles and identify the needs of other people. They write a plan for improving with a specific employee

Motivation

Module 4

Participants discover how their styles affect how they manage time, make decisions, and solve problems. They learn a method for recognizing the behavioral styles of others as a way to begin to understand them better.

Developing Others

Module 5

Participants learn about their natural style of developing others and identify the needs of other people. They write a plan for improving with a specific employee

Working with Your Manager

Module 6

Participants discover their managers’ natural priorities and preferences. They explore different approaches to influencing their managers and write a plan for working better together.

Agile EQ™
(Emotional Intelligence)

Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ consists of three modules. (Half Day Session)

Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ helps participants to develop a greater ability to adapt their approaches and responses to best meet the demands of a wide variety of interpersonal or emotionally charged situations.

Participants are introduced to other EQ mindsets and learn to recognize the value in each of them.

Participants learn about the steps they can take to start adopting these other EQ mindsets so they can reach for the most effective responses.

Everything DiSC® Sales consists of six 50-minute modules. (1 Full Day or 2 Half Days)

The most in-depth, easily customizable DiSC®-based sales-training solution available. Everything DiSC® Sales improves your sales effectiveness by helping you read your customer, adapt your approach, and close more sales.

Section One:

 Understanding Your DiSC® Sales Style

Module 1

Introduction to the Everything DiSC Sales Map. Participants learn their DiSC® sales styles and how personal priorities influence their selling behaviors.

Module 2

Participants use what they’ve learned about sales priorities in an interviewing activity.

Section Two:

Recognizing and Understanding Customer Buying Styles

Module 3

Participants learn customer mapping and practice their skills in a competitive video-based activity.

Module 4

Participants use what they’ve learned about sales priorities in an interviewing activity.

Section Three:

Participants learn about different customer priorities, and then use their new skills to identify the buying styles of current customers.

Module 5

Participants use their Everything DiSC Sales Maps to learn how to adapt to the styles of different types of customers.

Module 6

Participants role play adapting to their most challenging customer and complete an action plan for working with that customer.

Productive Conflict

Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict consists of 3 modules plus optional activities. Total time 240 minutes (Half Day Session).

Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict helps participants improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, Everything DiSC Productive Conflict provides participants with techniques to curb destructive behaviors and effectively respond to conflict situations. The program features an exploration of DiSC® in a conflict context, provides an opportunity for participants to explore their destructive conflict responses, and offers them a method for making more productive choices in their response to conflict.

Participants discover how DiSC styles affect their own and others’ conflict behaviors. 90 minutes.


Module 2

Destructive Responses

Participants learn how their thoughts can cause conflict behaviors and what thoughts and behaviors might be typical for them. 50 minutes.

Module 3

Changing Your Response

Participants learn how to “catch” and reframe their thoughts, which can help them choose more productive behaviors in conflict. 90 minutes.
