Prior to joining the Wyche Team, John joined The Brink’s Company in 2007 and served with them for over 8 years in Global Security in Organizational Development and Training and Human Resource Operations roles. In these roles John implemented, managed and coordinated vari-ous programs in over 26 countries.

John served in the US Army for 32 years retiring as a Colonel in 2007. In his last assignment John served with the 10th Mountain Division in Afghanistan on the Combined Joint Task Force 76 Staff. John’s assignments included supporting the implementation and modernization of a new Combat System to an Infantry Division. He also commanded two Infantry companies and an Infantry Battalion. John served with the US Embassy in Cairo, Egypt working closely with members of the Egyptian Ministry of Defense on planning and implementing various programs supporting modernization of their Armed Forces.

John received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science Degree from the United States Army Command and Staff College. John is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
