The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Facilitation Kit includes everything you need to turn a Work of Leaders Profile into a full DiSC training class for every leader–at any level–in your organization.

The Everything DiSC Work of Leader’s training kit is a full-day class consisting of five, 60-90 minute modules. The class introduces the Work of Leaders’ simple leadership structure and then walks participants through the structure using their profile as a guide.

The class includes a complete script, illustrative video segments and engaging activities. Every facet of the program can be modified to meet your specific needs and requirements.

Class Layout

Module 1: Introduction to Work of Leaders

Participants discover the Work of Leaders structure. An optional Discovering DiSC activity is also included.

Module 2: Vision

Participants learn about the three drivers of Vision and how they approach each driver using their Work of Leaders Profile.

Module 3: Alignment

In this module, participants explore the three drivers of Alignment and compare how they approach each driver using their Work of Leaders Profile.

Module 4: Execution

Participants learn about the three drivers of Execution and how they approach each of those drivers using their Work of Leaders Profile.

Module 5: Action Planning

The Work of Leaders Profile lists the respondent’s three greatest strengths and three challenge areas. Using these challenge areas and specific pointers based on their DiSC Profile, the participants construct an action plan to address these opportunities for leadership improvement.
