Virtual Class Layout

The Everything DiSC Workplace curriculum covers DiSC Fundamentals and Workplace-specific material. There are two versions, “Basic” and “Advanced”, to support virtual classrooms with limited or full capabilities.

Fundamentals Module 1: Your DiSC Style (65 minutes)

Participants walk through the DiSC® model framework and learn about their DiSC styles.

Fundamentals Module 2: Your People (20 minutes)

Participants learn about one another on the Catalyst™ platform.

Workplace Module 1: How You Work (70 minutes)

Participants learn how their workplace priorities affect their tendencies in the workplace. They also explore what motivates them and what they find stressful.

Workplace Module 2: Understand Your Relationships (60 minutes)

Participants watch video segments of a team of four coworkers. Participants identify the person they would want to better understand in order to work more effectively with them.

Workplace Module 3: Build Better Relationships (55 minutes)

Participants learn personalized strategies for building a more effective relationship with one style of their choosing. This module includes small and large group discussions.

In-Person Class Layout

The Everything DiSC Workplace curriculum covers three main areas with one optional activity.

Module 1: Discovering Your DiSC Style (90 minutes)

Participants discover how their DiSC styles affect their relationships with co-workers and explore the priorities that drive them at work.

Module 2: Understanding Other Styles (85 minutes)

Participants learn how other people have different priorities and how working with each DiSC style presents challenges.

Module 3: Building More Effective Relationships (90 minutes)

In this module, participants create strategies and an action plan to work better with people of different DiSC styles.

People-Reading Optional Module (30 minutes)

Participants learn how to identify others’ DiSC styles based on behavioral cues.
